General Information
Dolce Fusion is an Italian-French restaurant located at 450 Queen Street, Auckland CBD. We operate under New Zealand law, and by dining with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Our restaurant is open every Wednesday to Sunday, from 5pm to 10pm.

Bottomless Dinner Terms
1. Price: Our Bottomless Dinner option is priced at $80 per person.

2. Inclusions: This offer includes any two plates from our menu.
Guests can enjoy the following beverages during the 90-minute 'all you can drink' period:
   - Espresso Martinis
   - Beer
   - Prosecco
   - Wine
   - Mocktails

3. Time Limit: The Bottomless Dinner package is valid for a maximum of 90 minutes, beginning when the first drink is served.

4. Responsible Drinking: Dolce Fusion promotes responsible drinking. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol if we believe a guest has reached their limit or is exhibiting inappropriate behaviour.

5. Availability: The Bottomless Dinner is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

6. Non-Transferable: The Bottomless Dinner offer is non-transferable and cannot be shared between guests. Only the person who has purchased the Bottomless Dinner is entitled to its benefits.

7. Last Orders: Last orders for food and drinks must be placed within the 90-minute period.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows: Bookings for the Bottomless Dinner may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee.

Dining Etiquette
We strive to offer an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
We kindly request that all patrons respect the atmosphere and other diners during their visit.

Dress code: Smart casual is recommended. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on inappropriate attire or behaviour.

Dietary Requirements
We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. However, we recommend that you inform our staff of any dietary requirements upon booking or before ordering. While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee that all dishes are free from allergens.

Liability
Dolce Fusion is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property while dining at our premises. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

Amendments to Terms
Dolce Fusion reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
